4. Shipping and Delivery Risks
- Title of Goods: Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon our delivery to the third-party carrier.
- Delayed Delivery: While we strive for timely delivery, Rogature PK is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or political unrest in Punjab or other regions of Pakistan.
5. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be limited to the actual purchase price paid for that specific item.
