Return & Refund Policy

At Rogature PK, your trust means everything to us. We work hard to deliver fresh, high-quality products with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — while keeping fairness and hygiene standards in mind for all customers.


1. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order on www.rogature.pk, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. These guidelines are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for everyone.

2. 7-Day Return Window

If you receive a product that is damaged or contaminated, you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After 7 days, the product will be considered accepted, and we may not be able to process return or refund requests.

3. 48-Hour Return Request Submission (Important)

In addition to the 7-day return window, customers must submit a formal return request within 48 hours of delivery.

The request must include complete details of the issue and be sent through one of the following official channels:

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be entertained, even if they fall within the 7-day return window.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

To protect both our customers and our company from fraudulent claims, we kindly require a clear unboxing video when reporting damage or contamination.

For the claim to be valid:

  • The parcel must be unopened at the start of the video
  • The courier label must be clearly visible
  • The opening process must be recorded clearly without cuts

Without proper video proof, we may not be able to approve the return request.

5. Non-Refundable Items

As our products — including Mustard Oil, Canola Oil, and Multi-grain Atta — are consumable and hygiene-sensitive:

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned
  • Change of mind is not eligible for refund
  • Personal preference regarding taste, texture, or aroma does not qualify for a refund

These measures help us maintain safety and quality for all customers.

6. Return Costs & Adjustments

If your return is approved, we will guide you step by step to make the process smooth and respectful.

  • Delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees (if applicable) may be adjusted from the refund amount.
  • In verified cases where the issue is from our side, we will take full responsibility.

We always aim to handle deductions (if any) fairly and transparently.

7. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an agreed digital wallet.

8. Valid Reasons for Return

  • Physical breakage during transit
  • Contamination at the time of delivery

Subjective concerns such as taste, texture, aroma, or change of mind are not valid grounds for a refund.

9. Legal & Jurisdiction

Rogature PK operates from Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Punjab courts.

We always aim to resolve matters peacefully and professionally. Rogature PK reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on internal quality review.
